  •  Where: Zen Den, 1349 Monterey San Luis Obispo, Ca

  •  What’s Included: All scheduled activities—yin yoga, acupuncture, sound baths, a health optimization class, and optional outdoor activities.

  •  What’s Not Included: Food and lodging (you’ll have the flexibility to choose what best suits your needs).

Friday 1/24

4:15pm: Arrivals and tea

5-6:30pm: Opening Circle

6:30-8pm: Yin Yoga for sleep + community taught by Kelly Callender

Free Congee made by Dr. Michelle


Saturday 1/25

9am: Movement

10:15am: Intention Setting + Journaling

1:30-3pm: Break

3-5:30pm: Health Optimization lecture taught by Dr. Michelle

6pm-8pm: An Evening of Bliss - Yin Yoga taught by Kelly Callender, Sound Bath by Morgan Jaleh Dehmohseni and gentle touch + essential oils by Dr. Michelle


Sunday 1/26

9am: Optional morning activity (group hike)

10am: Myofascial Release Workshop taught by Danielle Tipton

11:30am-1pm: Break

1pm: Closing Circle

3pm-4pm: Sound Bath by Morgan Jaleh Dehmohseni + Acupuncture by Dr. Michelle
